Payments
- Something went wrong with my IDEAL payment, what to do next?
Every 1st and 15th of the month our partner Buckaroo sends out payment
reminders. In that email you will find a new link to pay your
membership.
- The money has been deducted from my account using Direct Debit, however I still can't login?
The proces of transferring money to our account can take several days
(depending on your bank), your membership will be automatically
confirmed when we have received your payment
- What if I'm not able to pay by IDEAL or Direct Debit?
For students without a Dutch bank account we offer the possibility to
pay in cash at our office. The STAR Office is located on the 4th floor
of the T-Building, namely in T4-53. You are always welcome to visit us
there.

Booksale
- How can I order my books?
You can order your books via
www.booksale.nl. At the bottom you can login using your MyStar account
and after payment you can pick them up at on of our booksale days.
- Although I'm a master student, I can only order bachelor books?
It is not possible for students with a bachelor membership to order
master books. In order to buy master books you first have to upgrade
your membership to a master membership via signup.rsmstar.nl before you
can order master books.
- I don't know if my order has been registered in the system, because I couldn't pay with IDeal?
Usually your order has then been registered as unpaid in the system and you can pay by cash or pin at our stand when you pick up your books. As the order has been registered in the system you can not place another order. If you do want to pay by IDeal, you can send an email to

Membership
- Why should I become a member of STAR?
STAR Membership leads to benefits for all students during their years
at RSM Erasmus University. Being a STAR member means that you receive a
substantial discount on your books. In addition, you will receive a
discount on STAR events such as workshops, master classes, company
dinners, congresses, STAR party's, and so on. Besides the financial
benefits, you will have the opportunity to become an active member in a
committee and organize great events yourself.
- How do I become a member of STAR?
You can subscribe via signup.rsmstar.nl or rsmstar.nl/signup
- How much does a STAR membership cost?
For bachelor students becoming a member costs €40,- for your whole bachelor. Master membership costs €14,- however an upgrade from a bachelor membership to a master membership is only €7,-

Becoming Active / Organising Events
- Why should I become active at STAR?
Becoming active in STAR will provide you with an invaluable real-worldmanagement experience. You will have the chance to reach
your best while you are a member of a lively and open organization.
While doing this, you will obtain a clearer picture of what you would
like to do after your studies. You can use your time in your committee
to find out your favorite role in a team.
How do you cope with the disappointments and expectations of
others? Of course, you can learn these kinds of life lessons in a sports
club, a political youth organization, or a fraternity. However, what
makes STAR unique is our excellent relationship with the university and
the business world, which opens doors that would otherwise remain
closed. With our size (275 active members every year), our international
character, and our solid financial position, the possibilities of being
an active member are almost limitless.

How much time does becoming active with STAR cost?
At STAR we have a broad and divers product portfolio. You can find the different projects at www.rsmstar.nl/projects. The time these committees take does also differ, but we offer everything from 4 hours per week to a 80-hours per week workload in the STAR Board.

MyStar
- What is my MyStar account?
Your MyStar account is your registration in the STAR membership database wich you can use to get discount on for example booksales, STAR Management Week tickets or STAR Party's.
- How do I use my MyStar account?
Your login is the email adress with which you have registered at STAR. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the 'lost password' function on www.rsmstar.nl/mystar and request to be send a new password. Clicking the link in that email will log you in and enable you to do so.
- My MyStar account does not work, how come?
There could be multiple reasons for that, most common reasons are: You registered with a different email adres (perhaps your student email) or that you still have to pay your membership.
