Our Ideas for the Trip - an Impression
As a country every MNE wants to expand to, India has a high diversity of businesses, ranging from Western Multinationals, to Indian Multinationals and small business and NGOs. Our objective is to visit organizations in each of these categories.
India is known as the outsourcing center of the world, not just for production, but also for high-quality services such as IT services, communication and financial services. The country houses world-class engineers, and Bangalore is the country's Silicon Valley. Mumbai is world-famous for Bollywood. India has a large automotive industry, many fast-moving consumer goods production facilities and banking sector.
At this point in time, we cannot guarantee any of the company visits because we still need to start our acquisition.
Information Session
We held an Information Session on the 7th of November. You can view the powerpoint from this session here
The Specs:
- A 10 to 11 day trip, taking place roughly from May 29th to June 9th
- Workshops and company visits organized around a central theme
- Plenty of opportunity to explore our two cities: Delhi and Mumbai!
- Join a group of 20 to 25 ambitious students to have a great time abroad
- Pre-departure workshops and get-to-know each other events in May. This means that if you go on exchange but will be back in time, you can also join!
- There will be an application process since the number of participants is limited
- Participation fee will be 750 euros, including your flight and accommodation in a three star hotel. With every company we acquire, we can include more value for money!
